Product Disclosure Statement reissued 1 July 2020

Paragon has re-issued the PDS for Paragon Australian Long Short Fund, dated 1 July 2020, replacing the previous PDS dated 22 December 2017 with Supplementary PDS dated 3 December 2018.

Changes made are to ensure the PDS remains up to date, plus more specifically, to cover off planned changes announced on June 4th, summarised as follows:

  • Unit pricing, applications and redemptions are moving from Daily to Monthly;
  • The Fund’s investment strategy is being broadened; and
  • Liquidity will change from 80% to 70% of the Fund’s assets to be liquidated within 10 business days.

The Initial Application Form, available at the back of our latest PDS is required for all new applications from hereon. Previous versions of the application form cannot be accepted.
