Product Disclosure Statement reissued 30 September 2022

Paragon has re-issued the PDS for Paragon Australian Long Short Fund, dated 30 September 2022, replacing the previous PDS dated 1 July 2020.

The main changes from the previous version are in Section 07 of the PDS, to reflect ASIC’s disclosure requirements per RG 97 Disclosing fees and costs in PDSs and periodic statements.

Please note that the actual fees charged to investors and all related terms and conditions of the Fund remain unchanged.

The Initial Application Form, available at the back of our latest PDS is required for all new applications from hereon. Previous versions of the application will only be accepted at the discretion of Paragon.
