Your Rights
As a Unitholder your rights are governed by the constitution of the Fund and the law.
Your rights include, but are not limited to, the right to:
– Receive distributions (where applicable);
– Receive copies of audited Annual Financial Statements; and
– Receive any and other information circulated by either Paragon or the responsible entity with respect to the Fund.
You are also entitled to request a copy of the constitution of the Fund. You may do so by emailing client.experience@bennelongfunds.com or calling the client experience team on 1800 895 388.
You do not have the right to participate in the management or operation of the Fund.
